Hi there! My name is Genibel Marmol. I am a registered nurse, NASM certified personal trainer and 200-hour YTT yoga instructor.
I began to notice remarkable improvement in my physical, mental and spiritual health when I began practicing yoga a few years ago.
One of the things that drew me to yoga was my chronic back and knee discomfort, which went away after I started! My flexibility and posture also improved dramatically. Yoga has improved my range of motion in the gym, which helped me get more out of my exercises.
Yoga has also helped me cope with my anxiety and depression. It has also aided in the improvement of my energy and attitude. Overall, doing yoga on a regular basis has made me feel more energetic and healthy!
So I decided a few years ago that I had to share the advantages of yoga with others in order to help them be their best physically, mentally, and spiritually.
For years, I've taught yoga classes ranging from 90 students to one on one.
